It’s true that in Hanoi, you can see many coffee shops with the homogenous Western styles, but typical Hanoi cafés still have their own distinguishable characteristic, which seems so strange to foreigners but worth giving a try. Coffee here is commonly raw coffee, grinded and made right at home, with the sellers’ own secret recipes, which gives the coffee a special flavor and fragrance. And one of the most famous and popular coffee here is Egg coffee – the exclusive drink of Giảng café which is also named Vietnamese Cappuccino by foreign visitors. |
